Joseph Echeverria is the Founder of the Home Services Division at Owning Lake Norman, where he manages and oversees day to day operations and ensures top tier service for homeowners. With a strong foundation in home improvement and a passion for craftsmanship, Joseph consistently delivers reliable results that exceed client expectations.

A proud resident of the Denver Lake Norman area, Joseph is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is on track to earn his real estate broker license equipping him to guide clients through every stage of homeownership. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys boating, staying active, and spending time outdoors. He's also an avid car enthusiast and regularly attends auto events all around to connect with others who share his passion.
