About Joseph Echeverria

Joseph Echeverria serves as Project Director for Owning Lake Norman, where he oversees daily podcast operations and manages preparations for broker open houses and other real estate events. Joseph is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is on track to earn his real estate broker license expanding his ability to guide homeowners through every stage of their journey.

Joseph Is proud resident of the Denver Lake Norman area, Joseph enjoys an active lifestyle that includes boating, fitness, and spending time outdoors. Outside of his work in real estate, he’s also passionate about cars and frequently attends car events to build connections beyond the home industry.

Joseph is also the founder of JE Improvements, a trusted handyman and landscaping service serving the Lake Norman community. With a solid background in home improvement and a dedication to craftsmanship, he takes pride in providing reliable service and consistently exceeding client expectations.
